Help us reach our goals
Our mission is built on the belief that there is always more we can do. We are always aiming to achieve new feats through our support of children across the community, constantly seeking innovative ways to provide comfort, joy, and independence. Whether it’s reducing wait times for essential medical kit or launching new inclusive play schemes, we are dedicated to pushing boundaries so that every ‘Happy Face’ has the opportunity to shine.
60 minutes of daily play for every service user
Following current 2026 national health trends, Happy Faces is actively working to ensure that disability is never a barrier to movement. This includes upgrading local playgrounds with wheelchair-accessible swings and funding 1-on-1 adaptive sports coaching.
Reducing wait times for specialist apparatus to under 30 days
Trust is built on efficiency. A major active goal is streamlining the supply chain for custom medical kit—like standing frames and sensory packs—so that families get the help they need exactly when they need it, not six months later.
Distributing 100+ new assistive communication devices this year.
We are actively working to provide non-verbal children with the latest speech-generation technology. This goal isn’t just about the “gadgets”; it’s about giving a child their voice so they can participate in school and make friends.
Adding 5 new minibuses to the North Wales fleet.
With transport costs rising, we are actively fundraising for five additional specially-adapted minibuses. This will allow us to reach more rural families who are currently isolated, ensuring they can access our weekend clubs and therapy sessions.
Launching a dedicated Sibling & Parent Respite Programme.
We recognise that supporting a child means supporting the people who love them. We are actively developing a network of “Family Hubs” where parents can find peer support and siblings can take part in fun, stress-free workshops designed just for them.
