Happy Faces Children's Charity
We have been helping sick, disabled disadvantaged child living in Nort Wales since 2003.

Happy Faces Children's Charity was established in 2013 and has been supporting disadvantaged children ever since.
Volunteers are what keep Happy Faces going. Our amazing volunteers provide help and support to North Wales children, day in and day out.
Thanks to the efforts of the charities supporters, volunteers, and fund raisers, we have raised £2 million for sick, disabled & disadvantaged children.
Our History
A small committee was formed to consider and decide upon the applications which the charity could support. They also identified other opportunities were the charity could assist.
The very first application was from the parents of a young man named Adam, he needed a computer to help with his studies at home. His joy is remembered to this day, along with the gratitude of his parents.

In 2006 Happy Faces occupied the kiosk on the promenade at Rhos on Sea.
In 2017 Ray Herbert was presented an MBE for services to charity from HM Queen Elizabeth II.
In 2020 and again in 2026 the Happy Faces charity was recognised by the High Sheriff of Clwyd for its outstanding charitable work within the community.
Over the years hundreds of sick disabled and disadvantaged children have benefited from the work of Happy Faces the charity and the generosity of the public.

Our Volunteers
Since 2003, when the Happy Faces Children’s Charity was formed everybody working for the charity has been, and still a volunteer. Volunteers come from all walks of life and backgrounds, they freely donate their expertise, knowledge and time in order to ensure Happy Faces continues to develop and increase its ability to reach more children in need.
Volunteers raise funds by serving in the kiosk, manning stalls, running marathons, undertaking bucket collections, organise events and arrange sponsorship. Some assist ordering and transporting goods, while others management collection boxes and help with the management and governance of the charity.
There is no obligation placed on volunteers.
Happy Faces prides itself on being able to adjust in order to accommodate anybody who wishes to volunteer.
